Very rare UK spec Sony TTS-8000 in Resinamic Sound RS-8000 plinth!

This top flight direct drive studio deck was never advertised to the general consumer and only imported into the UK by Sony dealers as an extra item on their professional equipment lists. Reportedly only 60 of these were ever imported and no other European Sony dealer officially imported them either!

This one is keeping speed perfectly with it's XTaL lock system and is mounted in a Resinamic Sound RS-8000 synthetic resin plinth (in UK spec light grey) with adjustable, isolating feet. Mounting is SME with a wide range of mounting distances available by rotating the armboard and using the adjustable nature of the SME mounting.

Up to full speed in half a turn and heavily built, this is a serious rival to any Technics SP10 but much more unique!
