On Permanent Demonstration
Building on the success of the 610C pre amplifier, Crimson introduces the state of the art 710 pre amplifier. Using cutting edge surface mount technology and high-end digital controllers for functional features such as switching and volume control, the 710 lets you hear the most realistic music you have ever heard in your home.
The 710 uses an external power supply and seperate boards for digital and analog circuitry. As stated above, the 710 uses digital controllers purely for source selection, balance and volume. The interface is truly revolutionary in that it offers a simple interface while maintaining a distant relationship to the analog signals being carried through the 710. The 710 also has a built in phono pre amplifier that accpets both moving magnet and moving coil cartridges.
