Additional Details:

They are physically large and work best in a large room but are not difficult to drive - I have used a 15 Watt Radford (valve) and various solid-state amps rated from 50-300W in 100 cubic metre room. Sound is detailed and non-fatiguing, neutral and extended, probably not as "fast" (whatever that means) as some more modern designs, but with crisp transients and good imaging due to closely matched and tightly clustered drive units and phase coherent crossover networks. Finish is in "wood facsimie" laminate (for acoustic not economy reasons)
